Apparently, it starts to get a little chilly once it's around midnight. Or at least, too chilly for sandals and a T-shirt.

Will said...: Unfotunately, This was not to be the case. I just today got my own Internet connection, and it's been reasonably warm at midnight for almost a month.; 7:32 PM JST
